Heritage Learning Center offers PART-TIME Preschool to children who were two, three, or four years old by September 1st of the current school year. Choose the option that works best for your family.
Five Mornings | 8:00 to 12:00
Three Mornings | 8:00 to 12:00
Three Full Days | 6:30 to 6:00

Twos
- Social-emotional skills
- Follow a simple routine and directions
- Theme-based vocabulary and listening
- Verbal growth and conversation
- Large motor play (outdoor & indoor)
- Intro to Spanish
- Art, music, and dance
- PM Math: numbers, shapes, colors
Threes
- Everything in Twos, plus:
- Fine motor strength and control
- Recognize all letters: name + sound
- Proper pencil hold and letter formation
- Writing first name
- Diagraphs and early phonemic awareness
- Blend two-letter words
Fours
- Everything in Threes, plus:
- Short & long vowels
- Blend 3+ sounds (real & nonsense)
- Reading CVC, digraphs, magic-e, diphthongs, vowel teams
- Learn sounds of Y, C, G, GH, OO, EY, and IE
- Multisyllabic words and fluency
- PM Math: number sense, skip counting, basic addition & subtraction
Heritage Literacy Program
Aligned with Science of Reading, we guide children through all 44 sounds with relatable stories, hands‑on activities, and games—so reading “clicks.” Our Pre‑K students enter kindergarten above grade level and look forward to daily phonics.
